1. When and why to use the different modes of your camera (i.e. aperture vs manual vs auto)
2. Wide vs long lenses and when to use which and when to break the rules
3. Dynamic Range and how to set up your camera to take HDR images with auto exposure bracketing
4. Post processing your images using Lightroom
5. Post processing your images using Photoshop
6. Post processing your HDR images using Photomatix
7. Black and white photography
8. How to take great portraits
9. How to get that cool bokeh effect in your photos
10. How to get started with off camera lighting
